قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
"Dis : Je cherche refuge auprès du Seigneur de l'aube, contre le mal de ce qu'Il a créé, contre le mal de la nuit quand elle s'étend, contre le mal des souffleuses dans les nœuds, contre le mal de l'envieux quand il envie."
Analyse grammaticale
أَعُوذُ = je cherche refuge (1ère pers. prés.). الفَلَق = l'aube, la séparation. غَاسِق = la nuit obscure. وَقَبَ = s'étendre, envahir. النَّفَّاثَات = celles qui soufflent (pluriel féminin). العُقَد = les nœuds. حَاسِد = l'envieux — participe actif de حَسَدَ.
